Salisbury steaks

Easy throw together Salisbury steaks. $5 for the ground beef, $1.70 for the soups.
Meatloaf Pattie’s:
-1lb ground beef
-1/4 milk
-1 egg
-1 cup of bread crumbs
season to your liking
For Pattie’s Make thin & a hole in the middle to keep them from shrinkinking and getting thick). Fry for a minute ish on each side on high in butter to brown. Put into baking dish. Add both soups to pan you seared meat in and heat until throughly mixed. Strain soups over and into baking dish over patties & bake 350 35 mins. (Straining it makes it everybody friendly including the kids, taking out the onions n mushrooms but still keeping the flavor!!) but you don’t have to.
